Joint US-EU Transport Task Force Workshop

– Banquet the evening of Wednesday, May 6 (Guest tickets may be purchased for $50 each)

– Option to register for a Friday afternoon tour of Commonwealth Fusion Systems (CFS), a collaborator site in Devens, MA. Bus transportation to CFS with a return trip to MIT, and boxed lunch, will be provided. Space is limited to 40 people; registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets may be purchased for $50.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Cancellations and other changes may be made online or by email to conferences-www@mit.edu. 

Refunds for workshop cancellations received in writing by April 17, 2026 at 11:59PM EDT will be granted less a $100 processing fee for standard participants and less $50 for student participants. Fees for the tour and guest banquet ticket are non-refundable. No refunds will be granted after April 17. No refunds will be given for portions of the registration not being used. All refunds will be made in US dollars and issued to the credit card that was used to make the payment.

Individuals are solely responsible for making and cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations. Please remember that cancelling or changing your workshop registration will not automatically cancel or change any hotel and travel arrangements you may have made. MIT takes no responsibility for any damages, costs, or losses, should you cancel or change your conference registration, or should the 2026 Joint US-EU Transport Task Force Workshop be cancelled, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
