Drive There/Take an Uber or Lyft - 

The drive/ride is ~30min from Logan (BOS) airport and fare is ~$50.

Public Transportation (MBTA - "The T") -

The ride is ~1.5 hours and fares vary.

Fastest/Most Comfortable ($8–$12): Take the SL1 Silver Line to South Station, walk or take the subway to North Station, and catch the Commuter Rail (Newburyport/Rockport Line) to Salem.

Alternative Route ($5–$12): Take the SL3 Silver Line to Chelsea, then take the commuter rail (Newburyport/Rockport Line) to Salem.

Cheapest/Alternative Bus Route ($3–$7): Take the Blue Line from Airport station to https://www.mbta.com/destinations/logan-airport Wonderland, then take the 450 or 455 bus to Salem.

Fares: Local bus/subway fares are roughly $1.70–$2.40, while commuter rail tickets to Salem (Zone 4) are around $8-$10.
