About Me
I grew up in New Hampshire, but have lived in CO for about 12 years. I love the mountains and the sunshine here, even with most of my family still in the northeast. I visit there often, especially to see my growing number of nieces and nephews.
My education includes a B.S. in psychology and an Ed.S. in school psychology, both from Brigham Young University. I recently completed a Ph.D. program in educational psychology at the U. of Northern Colorado.
I love watching and playing sports and sometimes get the chance to coach (basketball and softball). As a NH native, I root for the Red Sox, Patriots, Celtics, and Bruins. But I enjoy cheering on the pro and college teams in CO too!
I'm an avid reader and especially love the Harry Potter series--I am always up for some HP trivia!
As a school psychologist, I help students in all grade levels with things such as managing feelings, making friends, and dealing with conflicts. I am available to meet with students individually or in small groups. In the past I always had multiple schools, so I love the chance to be full-time at Wellington MS, available every day to work with students, teachers, and families.
