In Kindergarten, we focus our time in Engineering and Technology on learning basic computer and application skills.  We even start to build our skills in computer programming.   We also begin to learn proper keyboarding skills. 

Some key learning targets from this year are: 

• I can move the mouse on the mousepad to move the cursor on the screen. 

• I can navigate a program with multiple screens.

• I can navigate folders. 

• I can resize objects. 

• I can use the undo/redo buttons

• I can use control-alt-delete & I can log on to a computer using my username and password.

• I can add a text box to a page. 

• I can create a sequence of code to complete a task.

• I can type a sentence.

• I can find the letters on the keyboard and type with my correct fingers.
