Registering for 10th-12th Grade
The Registration Process: Spring 2025
January 21st: Mandatory Registration Presentations to each grade level in the Auditorium & Course Selection Sheets are given out
January 21st-26th: Students utilize the Curriculum Guide & registration website (see below for resources) as well as talk to teachers, parents, & counselors about courses to complete their Course Selection Sheet
January 27th: Students watch "How to Enter Courses into StudentVUE" video followed by entering their classes into StudentVUE in Homeroom. Don't have a 2nd period? Go to the Media Center during 2nd.
January 29th-31st: Current 9th and 10th graders will attend a mandatory 5 minute appointment with counselors in San Juan Open Space to finalize course requests.
February 4th-18th: Current 11th graders will have a mandatory 15 minute meeting in their counselor's office to finalize course requests and discuss future plans.
April 14th: 10th & 11th Graders watch "How to Build My Schedule" video (Coming Soon) in Homeroom then students plan their ideal schedule (class sections may fill up). Use these Scheduling Resources to help plan your schedule.
April 23rd-May 2nd: 10th, & 11th graders have individual appointment times with their counselor in Student Services to build their schedule. Come prepared with your Schedule Planning Sheet filled out.
10th Grade Appointment Times (viewable only by students for confidentiality reasons)

9th grade schedules will be built by counselors and will be given out on May 19th
May 20th (ongoing): See your counselor for schedule changes.
Late July: All schedules will be available to see in StudentVUE
