10 Credits = 2 quarter class

Prerequisites: Algebra 2 with a C or better AND Earth Systems Science or Advanced Chemistry or Chemistry OR General Physics

AP Physics 1 is equivalent to a first-semester college course in algebra-based physics designed by the College Board. AP Physics is a rich and challenging class for highly motivated students. It is recommended for students who wish to study science, mathematics, or engineering in college.
