Earth Systems Science

10 Credits = 2 quarter class

Prerequisites: Biology and Algebra 1

Earth Systems Science (ESS) is a standards-based physical science course that explores the interactions of the various spheres of Earth (atmosphere, hydrosphere, geosphere, exosphere) as a dynamic, evolving system.  This is the typical class for 10th graders or 9th graders who wish to accelerate in science. Half of the questions on the ASVAP Science test can be answered after taking this course.
