On a monthly basis, McKinney-Vento staff reviews both attendance and grades to identify McKinney-Vento students who are struggling academically. Students are then connected to Poudre High School resources that can better support their current needs. Some of these resources include:

- Emails out to teachers advocating on student's behalf
- Counseling and Career Center referrals
- Guided Study Sessions
