Last week we wrapped up our Fort Collins History unit by doing a walking tour of Old Town Fort Collins.
We are now working on subtracting within 1,000 using open number lines, mental math, & partial sums.
We are also introducing multiplication concepts to prepare us for 3rd grade!
We are working on making sure our sentences have a capital, punctuation mark, and make sense.
We are also writing our own narrative stories that have characters, setting, & a beginning, middle, and end.
We are done with our science curriculum for the year, but will do some fun science in May!!
We are learning about playing fairly on the playground.
