As we prepare to transition from online learning to in person learning it is important that you let us know about your child’s health concerns. It is also important that we have your home and work phone numbers, as well as emergency contacts and phone numbers. Should your child become ill or injured while at school, we MUST be able to reach you. If changes to your contact information occur during the school year, please notify the school office.
