Registering as a New Student at CLPMS
Beginning the Registration Process
If you are registering as a new student at CLPMS, click here to begin the online registration process. (5th grade students currently registered at PSD do not have to take this step to enroll for middle school).
Please have electronic copies of these required documents to upload at the end of the online registration process:
Birth certificate (passport, baptismal certificate, military ID, etc.)
Proof of address (a copy of a lease agreement, mortgage statement, utility bill, etc., that shows that the parent/guardian lives at an address within school boundaries)
Immunization record or an immunization exemption form
Custody documents (if applicable)
Please contact our registrar, Ms. Bredehoft, if you have questions about new student registration at cbredeho@psdschools.org or 970-488-7405.
Resources for School Supplies and Free and Reduced Meals
If your student could use assistance attaining school supplies, including backpacks or other supplies, please let the counseling department know! We have these items for students who need them.
All meals in Meals are free in the 2024-25 school year for all enrolled PSD students, due to an extension of the U.S. Department of Agriculture reimbursement program for school districts. We encourage families to apply for free or reduced-price meals - being approved means additional benefits for you and your school, including waivers for fees for school sports and other fees.
Could your family use extra money for food? Apply to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
Resources for Families with Housing Concerns
Poudre school district offers resources for families experiencing housing insecurity through the McKinney-Vento Act’s Education for Homeless Children and Youth (EHCY) program . Families who are experiencing housing insecurity haven certain rights and are extended certain resources through Poudre School District and the community.

If you have concerns about the stability of your family's housing situation, please contact CLPM's McKinney-Vento coordinator, Ms. Duke at cduke@psdschools.org or 970-488-7404.
