If you have any questions about registering your student for the 25-26 school year, you can contact our office manager at 970-488-4701 or spowers@psdschools.org. The office manager will be available Mondays-Fridays from 8:00am-4:30pm on the dates 5/30-6/16 and from 7/21 until the end of the school year.
If you have moved to the CLPM zone of attendance over the summer, or you have had a school of choice application accepted, please complete the following steps to register your student for the 25-26 school year:
1. Complete the PSD Online registration form
2. Upload the following documents in the PSD online portal:
· Birth certificate (passport, baptismal certificate, military ID, etc.)
· Proof of address (a copy of a lease agreement, mortgage statement, utility bill, etc., that shows that the parent/guardian lives at an address within school boundaries)
· Form to request records from the previous school
· A transcript or recent report card from the previous school
· Immunization record or an immunization exemption form
· Custody documents (if applicable)
· Copy of IEP or 504 plans (if applicable)
(If you do not upload these documents, please bring them in person to your registration appointment that will be scheduled with a school counselor).
3. Once your online registration application has been received, our office manager will contact you to schedule an appointment with a counselor on 7/29-7/31 to enroll your student for classes.
(5th grade students who live in the CLPM zone of attendance in 24-25 do not have to take these steps to enroll for middle school).
Please contact our registrar, Ms. Bredehoft, if you have questions about new student registration at cbredeho@psdschools.org or 970-488-7405.
If your student could use assistance attaining school supplies, including backpacks or other supplies, please let the counseling department know! We have these items for students who need them.
All meals in Meals are free in the 2025-26 school year for all enrolled PSD students, due to an extension of the U.S. Department of Agriculture reimbursement program for school districts. We encourage families to apply for free or reduced-price meals - being approved means additional benefits for you and your school, including waivers for fees for school sports and other fees.
Could your family use extra money for food? Apply to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
