Additional Suicide Prevention Resources

Safe2Tell: 1-877-542-7233

● Can download the Safe2Tell Colorado app in the app store.

● You will have to create a passcode

● You can then submit an anonymous tip, call to make a report, or get resources.

Colorado Crisis Services Hotline: 844-493-8255

● For crisis press 1 or stay on the line

● For non-crisis press * and you will be connected to a Peer Support Specialist.

● They will ask for first name, date of birth, zip code (this is the Colorado line)

● They can provide local resources.

Crisis Textline (National): 741741 (text: HOME)

● Will give you the option to click on a link for coping skills while you are waiting to be connected to someone. It will give you an optional “quiz” about how you’re feeling.

● You will receive a few automated texts prior to getting a live person.

● After chatting with someone, you will be asked to complete an optional survey.

● You will be asked for first name, DOB (15 is age of consent), zip code (for resources), call back phone number in case you get disconnected.

● You may speak to 2 different people depending on your needs.
