To register for this year,

**BEFORE STEP 2, be sure to review the documents you will need and our helpful guides linked at the bottom of this page.

MONITOR YOUR EMAIL
Our Registration Team will send you an email with important next steps and information. You should receive that email within 1-2 school days, so be sure to check your spam if you do not receive it. (It will come from registration@psdri.net.)
(Use the "forgot password" if you don't know your password.
As long as you know the email address you used, you'll be sent a password reset.)
NOTE: Students that are actively enrolled in a Pawtucket school do not need to complete a new registration for the next school year.
The following documents are required to register your child for school:
· Proof of Residency (2): Bank statement, health insurance statement, payroll stub, federal, state or local government correspondence, car insurance bill, utility bill, lease (choose two).
* All proof of residency documents must be current (within 30 days) and have your name, date and address visible.
· Birth Certificate
· Parent Photo ID (license or passport)
· Health information requirements: Up to date immunization records along with the current physical, including vision screening. (NOTE: Certain grades have varying requirements. Our registration nurse will reach out to you individually if there is anything missing from your child's application.)
Please be sure to upload all required documents and complete all fields before submitting.
We will email you with a request for missing documents since incomplete registrations cannot be processed.
