Annual Symposium

Andy Turgeon is a dedicated education leader with over 27 years of experience in public education. Currently serving as Superintendent of the Knox County R-I School District in Edina, Missouri, Mr. Turgeon is known for his visionary leadership and commitment to student success. Since joining Knox County in 2007 as High School Principal and becoming Superintendent in 2010, he has led the district through transformative initiatives—including earning distinction as a Global Apple Distinguished School District.  Mr. Turgeon brings a wealth of insight and inspiration to audiences seeking to elevate leadership, innovation, and equity in schools.

Dr. Delgado has served in K-12 public education for 34 years as a School Psychologist, Vice Principal, Principal, Coordinator and Director of Special Education and PPS, Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction and Deputy Superintendent. He is skilled in lesson planning and design, instructional technology, strategy creation, instructional coaching, PLCs, classroom management, Special Education, and public speaking.
