Did you know that electricity was discovered in Ancient Greece by rubbing cloth into amber? Now, it is used to help power every device in our homes.

Here in physics, you will learn about the nature of charges inside materials and how they interact with each other. From rubbing two objects together, electricity can now be charged in various ways and these presentations can tell you how you can do it as well.

Electrostatics is the study of all the phenomena associated with electric charges at rest.

There are three processes of charging in the field of electrostatics, and those are: charging by friction, charging by conduction, and charging by induction. This applies to many inventions such as lasers, automobiles, printers, and many more.
