This subject deepens one’s understanding on the basics of accounting and it covers the preparation and analysis of various financial statements – statement of financial position, statement of comprehensive income, statement of changes in equity and statement of cash flow. It also includes the preparation of basic business forms and documents including bank transactions and a simple bank reconciliation statement. This prepares students to become successful professionals such as accountants, financial analysts, managers, entrepreneurs, or any business-related professions in the future.

Financial Report: A Change Towards Gain/Loss

When it comes to financing, Income Statement is the first report that you need to provide to your business. This will determine your company’s financial health, specifically the overall profitability of the company and its efficiency. Without it, you wouldn’t be able to monitor your revenue and expenses, project your future finances, or keep your business on track for success.
