Oratorical Declamation

In this event, you restate a speech in your own way. For example, if you were to choose "I have a Dream" by Martin Luther King Jr., you would use expression and tone to make the speech seem as if you were saying it and use the words from the original speech. Generally, people use Ted Talks for DEC and they are usually personal speeches. This is a great event for beginners and to help ace your presentations!
