Morgan's Message is Student Athlete Mental Health program that we are partnered with. The playeres will complete workshops, and team meetings that discuss mental health awareness, how to be a supportive teammate, self worth and positive self image.
Each team will have a dedication night where the game is dedicated to Morgan Rodgers whom the program was created for. Morgan was a Duke Lacrosse player who died by suicide in 2019 after a season ending injury. Her family, teammates and friends came together to honor Morgan while also "taking a shot at mental health."
We have "ambassadors" who attend monthly meetings and will help run the workshops with our program.

She wanted to ensure that her teammates always felt welcome, the coaches understood the struggled of athletes and how to support athletes with those struggles. All in all fostering a positive team culture.
