Band Updates

Cut Time

CutTime is our organizational management system. From a student/parent standpoint, you can view your outstanding band fees along with fundraising credits. You can also see all assigned school owned instruments and uniform parts, as well as their band locker assignment and combination.

As we enter your cell phone number and email address, CutTime will send you a “Welcome” text message or email regarding login information. This message will include your “Magic Link” which allows you to access your student’s account. Please bookmark that link (I encourage students to add it to their contact list as PEHS CutTime), and take time to setup your account, as this will house your student’s financial records (fees and fundraising) for the PEHS Band Program. If you do not have this link, please email Mr. Lesniak with your cell phone number and he will add it and send you the “Welcome” message.

Private Lessons

An important part of growing as a musician is the opportunity to take lessons from professionals on your instrument. We are fortunate to have a wonderful private instruction staff who have been district and director approved. Unless indicated, our teachers come to PEHS during the school day, allowing students to take lessons during their band or study hall time. If you are interested in taking private lessons, please feel free to contact the appropriate teacher below.
