· Accepts wide variety of insurance, including Medicaid and Managed Medicaid
· They are on campus with the hospital but are a separate entity so patients should go to them on campus versus ER.
· Accepting patients 24/7. In-person PHP and IOP. We are taking the necessary precautions recommended by all regulatory agencies for this to occur.
If you do not have Insurance and you are concerned for your child’s safety towards themselves or others:
· CARES (Crisis and Referral Entry Services)/SASS Will County 1-800-345-9049
· Intake Services: Intervention services for psychotic, suicidal, or homicidal children and adolescents who receive Medicaid or are uninsured. Upon taking the referral, CARES will dispatch a SASS worker who provides intervention within 2 hours
Eating Recovery Center (ERC) Oak Brook is accepting referrals for our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Both of these programs are accepting adult and adolescent (age 12+) clients that need a more intense level of care for their eating disorders and co-occurring conditions. 3 hours a day, held in the evening
Client can stay engaged in work, academics or childcare while participating in intensive treatment
With ERC, your clients will have access to a robust treatment team and a continuum of care model that allows them to receive the level of care they need for whatever point they're at in their recovery journey.

The Warm Line is not a crisis hotline, but is a source of support as you recover or help a family member to recover.
