October Update

School council held our first meeting in September, which was our AGM.  We were very excited to welcome new and returning faces.

The results of our election to executive council are as follows:

Communications: Katelyn Narain

Secretary: Vacant

We will be doing another call to fill our Secretary position at our October meeting - if this is something that might be of interest to you, please reach out!

If you can't make it in person to a meeting, you can also join us online via Google Meet!  Meetings are a great way to connect with other parents, and hear about what is coming up in the school and across the division from a board trustee and school administration.  We look forward to seeing you out at one of our future meetings to help contribute and support to our school community!

We have opportunities for parents to also join a few subcommittees: Staff Appreciation, Playground Committee and Special Events.  Please reach out if you would like to help with one or more of the subcommittees for our school council.
