SUBMISSION

• Authors are invited to submit an 4-6 page manuscript in double-column IEEE format. Manuscripts must be written in English and follow the instructions in the Manuscript Formatting and Templates page.

• All paper submissions will be carefully reviewed by at least two/three experts and reviews will be returned to the author(s) with comments to ensure the high quality of the accepted papers. The authors of accepted papers must guarantee that their paper will be presented at the conference. Submit the original material where copyright of all parts is owned by the authors declared and which is not currently under review elsewhere.

• Only electronic submission will be accepted. Technical paper authors MUST submit their manuscripts through EasyChair.

Camera-ready Submission Instructions

Final papers MUST be formatted to IEEE Conference Proceedings Manuscript Formatting Guidelines (see the templates listed earlier). It is highly recommended that you proof read and check the layout of your paper BEFORE submitting. Please follow this link (TBA).. It may only be submitted in PDF format.

Note:

• Every paper accepted MUST be presented during the conference. Every paper accepted MUST have attached to it at least one registration at the full IEEE Member/Non-IEEE Member rate.

• For Example, a paper could be from IEEE-Members/Non-IEEE Members/Students. But one registration should be done with IEEE Member/Non-IEEE Member. Only student author registration for a paper will not be accepted. Failure to do so will result in removal of your paper from submitting to IEEExplore for consideration
