The School Health Program is a vital part of the Public Schools of Brookline. Our nurses bring clinical expertise and a strong commitment to student wellbeing, supporting both health and learning in every school.
PSB nurses are guided by the Framework for 21st Century School Nursing Practice from the National Association of School Nurses (NASN). This framework shapes our daily work and ensures consistent, evidence-based care for all students. Click the image to learn more.
The Public Schools of Brookline Wellness Committee supports student health across nutrition, physical activity, mental health, substance use prevention, healthy relationships, and climate awareness. Active since 2007, the committee brings together district leaders, school nurses, PE/health staff, special education, food services, human services, teachers, parents, and community members.
