Common Classroom Phone Issues:
Is the Cisco phone in your room not working? Is it plugged in and powered? Cisco phones require an Ethernet cable that plugs into one of the active Ethernet jacks along your wall.
Is your outgoing voicemail message not correct? The outgoing voicemail messages may be from a previous staff member. Contact the IT Service Desk to reset your voicemail message.
Have trouble accessing your voicemail messages? To check your voicemail, press the messages button. It will prompt you to enter your pin. If you don't remember it, or don't remember setting it up in the first place, contact the Service Desk.
Is your message speed too fast/slow? To change Message Speed: Press 4 to slow down messages while they are playing or Press 6 to speed up messages while they are playing
