The city of Boston, founded on September 7th, 1630, is home to some of America's eldest buildings and infrastructure. Those same aging buildings, systems, and roadways, however, continue to disrupt every-day life and create commotion both in and out of the city.
Our vision involves changing the way that consumers commute in order to minimize traffic congestion, especially during peak hours. We will to address the problems in the entire city of Boston, starting with a trial run in the Fenway area before looking at these issues on a larger scale.
The focus of many metropolitan planning organizations is the patterning of roads, but as a more progressive, forward thinking group, we also acknowledge the difficulties, costs, inconveniences, and additional points of congestion that reconstruction proves to hold. By re-designing the way that people commute on the Fenway's roads, we can improve other aspects of transportation in our area.
