The Articles of Association serve as the foundational rulebook and constitution of the Pakistan Students Association Japan (PSAJ), establishing its permanent status as a non-profit, entirely non-political organization dedicated to serving Pakistani students and researchers in Japan. Operating under a fiscal year spanning from April 1st to March 31st, every member is strictly bound to adhere to the principles, rules, and laws of both the State of Japan and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The constitution outlines the democratic framework of the association—including membership guidelines, the responsibilities of the elected Central Cabinet and Campus Ambassadors, financial transparency, and annual electronic elections supervised by an independent Election Commission.
