GUIDELINES IN UPDATING THE BIMP-EAGA CIS

Updating of the CIS country database shall be done on an annual basis. Member-countries shall update their respective databases by (DATE) via the button below.

To ensure the regular updating of the CIS, the SDWG shall assign a compiler. The designated compiler shall be responsible for:

• updating the CIS database template;

• monitoring the submission of member-states;

• consolidating the submitted country databases; and

• sending reminders to the focal points.

Currently, the Philippines acts as the CIS Compiler.

Each SDWG member-state has also assigned a focal point/s to update the CIS  database for their respective countries.  The designated focal points are responsible for the following:

• updating the CIS country database within the agreed timeline;

• updating the metadata of indicators;

• responding to requests for status updates; and

• responding to CIS-related inquires of the SDWG Chair, Facilitation Center, and the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
