Human Rights are the human behavior and activities that are protected by the UN and international law.
First of all the basic human rights people have include: Freedom of speech, Freedom of thought, freedom from slavery and torture, and freedom to good education these are the basic needs a human needs to survive, and the UN has tried multiple ways to get rid of slavery which was abolished in 1981, but people still break human rights such as the basic human rights which are broken every day by corrupt countries like North Korea and China and other countries which go under Communist rule left by the broken Human rights during the Soviet era.
The North Korean Propaganda poster shows America as an evil Imperialist Country and shows a soldier shooting missiles at capitol hill. The Korean words say "Ruthless Punishment to the U.S. Imperialism!"
The Declaration of Human rights is where the UN list all the rights humans have, this helps people who work hard hours in dangerous jobs under the Universal Declaration of Human Rights jobs must give their employee fair pay, and employees have the right to sue their job if they think they are being discriminated by their boss and not getting fair pay for being a different race, another human right protected under the Universal Declaration of Human Rights is the right to Freedom from State or Personal Interference in the above Rights which means people have the freedom to not be controlled by their government which means people have the right to protest against their government such as propaganda posters used in North Korea to brainwash the citizens into thinking the US and South Korea are bad which counts as controlling their people's beliefs, although some people know the truth they are killed to stop them from spreading the truth.
original document for the Universal declaration of human rights signed in paris
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights was signed and ratified on December 10th, 1948 by the UN Assembly in Paris, The main a reason the UN Ratified The UDHR is because they wanted to promote peace most importantly because of the aftermath of WW2 after all the war crimes committed by Germany and the Axis powers this was made to prevent wars and riots also to bring the world together without violence and most importantly, so people are treated fairly such as fair pay and the right to everything a human needs. The first-ever country in history to have laws about human rights was the Persian empire, Human rights were made law by Cyrus the Great during the 6th century, During this time he freed a bunch of Jewish prisoners who were arrested for being Jewish and not having the same religion as other people of the Persian empire he also made people respect the people of the Babylonian empire and not attack them, He also let the Jewish people rebuild their temple, practicing their religion, letting them go to Jerusalem, and letting them speak their language which is Hebrew and the people of Persia spoke Persian and the Persians thought their language was better than Hebrew.
