Protocols for dropoff and pickup:
Entry Time: 8:30 am
Temperature Checks (all students)
Students will have the same grade assigned entry and exit points daily. Se the Daily Grade Entry and Exit Points chart.
If temperature of 100 or higher – If Parent has not left, the child will go home with parent. If parent has already left,the child will go to the Isolation Room and wait to be picked up.
When meals will be provided :
Breakfast: 8:30 am
Lunch times:
10:04 am- 10:51 am
10:51 am - 11:38 am
11:38 am - 12:25 pm
Online Classroom Expectations
For Students:
Privacy is important! Taking photos, screenshots or video recordings is not allowed.
Be online on time!
Find a quiet desk or table to sit at for class.
Dress as if you are in school.
After entering the google meet, please mute yourself.
Only use the chat box when you are asked by the teacher. Please no avatars or emojis.
Video must be on at all times.
No gum chewing or eating during class.
For Parents:
Privacy is important! Taking photos, screenshots or video recordings is not allowed.
Please make sure your child has had breakfast and is dressed for the day.
Prepare a desk or table space for your child to work with paper and pencil.
Support your child by showing them how to use their device and log onto sites as well as using the Google classroom so that they can work independently.
Please remember that online classes are for students. Please refrain from interrupting the lesson.
Any interaction between the teacher and parent should occur through email and/or office hours and not in the Google classroom or meet.
Remote Learning Q & A
At what times are students expected to be online?
Your child's teacher will post a daily schedule and let you know when the class is holding "LIVE" lessons. Your child can be asked to Google Meet live any time throughout the school day.
2. For how long?
Each teacher will determine the length of each lesson based on the students' age and need. Please see the Sample of Daily "LIVE" Lesson Schedule by Month and Grade chart.
3. What type of learning experience can students and families expect?
Synchronous (live) and asynchronous (recorded) lessons will go on daily during remote learning days.
4. How students and families can contact a teacher?

5. When are teacher office hours?
Teachers are available from 2:00 pm to 2:20 pm daily.
