Telephone and fax services are available for schools. Requests for additional lines or other changes will be made through the Secretary Treasurer’s department.
The Secretary Treasurer’s department will monitor telephone charges and, whenever necessary, recommend to the school administration any areas of concern regarding the
costs of telephone services.

Safety Considerations
Telephones in schools and offices will not be used for personal calls in such a way as to interfere with school business by unnecessarily preventing telephone communication with the school. As well, the use of answering machines should be limited to before and after school hours.
Long Distance Calls
Long Distance Calls
Long-distance telephone calls made from the school telephone must be for school business purposes only. Personal long-distance calls will be charged to individual staff members.
