CONVERSATIONAL SPANISH 1

Conversational Spanish I

Instructor: Leanne Villani

Leanne has taught World Languages  for over 30  years.  Her teaching experience includes The John Hopkins University’s Center for Talented Youth Program, North Shore Community College and The Revere League for Special Needs.  She is very excited to co-lead a trip to Spain next spring so students can both immerse in the culture and use their Spanish in authentic settings.

Description:

Conversational Spanish will empower participants with the ability to speak in Spanish right from the very first few minutes of class! While emphasis will be placed on speaking, other modes of communication will be explored such as listening, reading and writing. Topics will include greetings, feelings, physical characteristics and descriptions, colors, the weather, how to tell time, ordering food, asking for directions, expressing likes and dislikes, fashion, sports and leisure activities. All ages are welcome!
