About Mrs. Hamilton

I have been in education for 30 years in both public and private schools.  I have taught 4th, 2nd, and 1st, online school in grades K-4, and been a librarian for 25 years at all levels (elementary, middle, and high school).  I received my Bachelors degree in Education from Texas State University, my Masters degree in Library Science from Texas Woman's University and my Docotrate degree in Organizational Leadership from Abilene Christian University with a specialization in Learning with Integrated Technologies. 

I am married to my high school sweetheart (Brad) and have two children (Hannah and Ben) and four furry kids (Gigi, Rico, Bentley, and Poppy).  I love to spend my free time with my family, and of course read.  I also LOVE to help kids find the perfect book.  My favorite genres are Adventure and Fantasy.
