2027 Invitational Meet

LOCATION & GENERAL INFORMATION

All schools participating in an event are expected to have a representative present to help grade.
Testing materials and keys may NOT be taken from the testing or grading area except by the Contest Manager(s) to go to grading and then to tab.
Grading will be in the testing rooms after testing is completed.
We will provide clean tests digitally after the tournament.
Graded tests can be picked up after verification is completed.
Awards will be placed in school bags if not picked up at award ceremonies.

VERIFICATION & RESULTS

Verification will be approximately 15 minutes after grading is completed in each event at the location of the grading.

Testing materials and keys may NOT be taken from the verification area except by the Contest Manager(s) to go to tab until verification is over.

Schools who do not attend verification at their designated time slot will forfeit the right to contest results.
