Program Descriptions:
ProsocialEd Class
Our foundational program.
All educators (teachers, administrators, counselors, paraprofessionals, etc.) complete the 6 days of prosocial education professional development facilitated by The ProsocialEd Collaborative's experienced staff.
All educators receive coaching from building-level ProsocialEd Coaches and Leaders from within your district to support the implementation of prosocial strategies.
ProsocialEd Coach
Our Train-the-Trainer program
Complete all 6 days of the Prosocial Class program.
Attend the ProsocialEd Coaches Seminar.
Observe 3 days of the Prosocial Class training, take notes over the content, strategies, and processes, and engage in formal debriefs.
Co-facilitate 3 days of the Prosocial Class training. Submit videos of coaching (facilitation, support calls, other) to your mentor.
Engage in asynchronous coaching sessions regarding the videos.
Complete a self-assessment using the ProsocialEd observation tool.
Submit portfolio for certification
ProsocialEd Leader
Complete all 6 days of the Prosocial Class program.
Attend the ProsocialEd Leaders Seminar.
Complete the ProsocialEd Leader Observation Calibration.
ProsocialEd Affiliate Endorsement
The Prosocial Education (PE) Endorsement is an 18 hour virtual professional development program that utilizes a flipped classroom model incorporating a blend of interactive, virtual professional development group sessions and self-paced learning activities to help existing eMINTS Affiliate Trainers enhance their understanding of prosocial education. This program is designed for previous or current eMINTS Affiliate Trainers and will refresh your facilitation and coaching skills as well as deepen your understanding of the PAL Classroom program content. In addition to gaining a strong understanding of the PAL Classroom content, the PE Endorsement can be used as one of the Affiliate Trainer Recertification Activities as well as gain you access to our full suite of eMINTS Materials!
New cohorts begin in June, August, and January. Complete the eMINTS Materials Access Request Form to signup for the PE Endorsement today!
