Stephanie graduated from Carlow University in 2017 where she received her Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in psychology. Before coming to Propel Schools, Stephanie worked at The Children’s Institute. This is Stephanie's 5th school year as BHES's prevention specialist, she is excited to continue working with the scholars to watch them grow and excel as learners and individuals.

Jennifer Mitchell
Jennifer holds a bachelor of arts degree in family studies from Seton Hill University and a master's degree in Education from Saint Vincent College. She has over 25 years of experience working in the fields of behavioral health and social services. She is also trained in the Sanctuary Model of Trauma Informed Care.

Tinesha White
Tinesha graduated from California University of Pennsylvania in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Although this is Ms. T White’s 5th school year at Propel BHES this is her 2nd year as our attendance specialist. Her relatable ways and laid back personality has gained her easy access to be able to connect with our families as well as build many vital relationships with our scholars. Ms. White is excited to continue growing her connections with our families and working with scholars to push them to the highest potentials necessary to build an amazing educational future for themselves.

Nicole Perdue
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Brooklyn College of The City University of New York.
Masters of Education in School Counseling from St. John’s University.
I am a license School Counselor in the states of Pennsylvania and New York. I am also a member of The American School Counselor Association.
Experience:
Prior to joining Propel Charter schools, I started my career at The Harlem Children Zone as an Academic Advisor. In my role as a Student Advisor I promoted the academic, social and emotional success for High School students. I also worked as the Program Coordinator for College Possible a non-profit organization in Philadelphia. My background has allowed me the experience to cultivate a supportive inclusive environment for all student.
