Hi everyone!
I miss you all! I thought for our first week of Self-Care Club we could make our own journals. If you already have one started or are able to order one, great! If not though it's no problem. You can make one! It will actually probably turn out better than one you buy because you can personalize it even more.
Below are 2 videos that will take you step-by-step on how to make your own journal. One can be made without using a computer/printer at all and the other is if you do have access to a printer and would like to make bullet paper. Check them out and let me know if you have any questions!

Week of 5.4.20-5.8.20
Now that we have our journals made we can decide what to put in them. There is no wrong answer to what you should put in you journal, but here is a video that shares some ideas to help you get started. Some ideas in the video include: goals, all about you page, doodles, quotes, etc. You can also track new habits you are trying to build. I am tracking how many glasses of water I drink a day!
