What is a test call?
A test call is a phone call that is used as a test or experiment. In our center, we use test call to make sure all phone lines are working.
Test Calls are only done by managers and supervisors, any of the following:

Khim
Raffy
JV
Rachel
JP
Mark
Chris
During a test call, the caller (supervisor or manager) will introduce himself/herself to the agent and inform that they are doing a test call.
If a test call is received from someone that who is not included on the above list, do not provide information of the center or the campaign. Rather than giving out information, you should gather information about the caller and what is the purpose of their call then report to supervisors.
NOTE: All test calls should be reported on the Google Group Chat with the following format:
Test call: (campaign) (time of call) (caller)
