Each day will have a different topic for discussion. These topics are intended to develop a broad, open-ended discourse on world issues. At the end of each session, the Presiding Officers will synthesize the discussion to write position papers presented during the closing ceremony. The Secretary-General will provide brief topic analysis to educate delegates on the issues at hand and potential avenues for discussion. In addition, the officers will have a more extensive topic knowledge to aid with the discussion. Though countries will not be assigned, delegates are advised to consider diverse global viewpoints. Delegates are encouraged to consider the topics ahead of time, but extensive research is not necessary for a fulfilling experience.
