What We Do

Vannier Home Inspections is a home inspection company in Surprise, AZ. We specialize in residential homes and manufactured homes. Inspectors carry a huge amount of responsibility and liability. It is important to hire and inspector who really cares and is willing to take the extra steps to ensure that a home is safe and won't have any unexpected costs. Our number one concern is the buyer and we make sure we have an unbiased, objective look at the home and present all findings clearly to the buyer and their agent. 99.9% of the time, we will get our reports to you later that same day. There will be two reports.

1: Property Inspection Report (Like an owners manual for the house).

2: Summary Report (Only listing out any problems/concerns found).

With our findings, the buyer will make a battle plan with their agent as to what they'll ask the seller to fix or ask for any adjustments on the price to cover the repairs.
