Casey Hawkes: A cybernetic agent of the Federation who is the adoptive son of Cayden Hawkes and the ninth Spectre Praetorian. Casey always finds room for improvement in himself and those he knows and is more than willing to get involved to see that potential being met.
Cayden Hawkes: Counterterror advisor, biological weapons expert, the eighth Spectre Praetorian in history, and the fifteenth Sentinel of the Federation. In his mind, he will never live up to his predecessor, mentor, idol, and best friend.
Haylen Raybun: Traumatized as a child on multiple accounts, the orphaned Spectre specialist wants to prove to herself that she isn't powerless.
Kade Barclay: A haunted Spectre medic who can never live up to the expectations placed on him. He wants to protect and save everyone he can, though he faces resistance every time.
Braedyn Ryker: A Spectre operative embedded within the SRG. He's a staunch idealist with numerous connections, yet has few ties to his past.
Taliya Itsuko: The fourteenth Sentinel of the Federation leading the nation through a period of digitalization and increasingly common terror attacks, she works to inspire the world to chase a better future for everyone.

Kayetlin Everett: An international conflict-zone and emergency services medical worker specializing in cardiovascular and pulmonary procedures. She is married Cayden Hawkes.
Darryl Schulz-Tsun: A professor at the Federation Astral Academy who teaches special relativity and gravitation. He is Taliya Itsuko's husband.
Casdy Itsuko: The daughter of Taliya Itsuko and Darryl Shulz-Tsun. She is a member of the Morning Stars and plans on entering the military once she comes of age.
Asher Mori: The Chief of Staff to Sentinel Taliya Itsuko.
Elaenor Kohl: The Head of Security for Sentinel Taliya Itsuko.
Walther Emerson: The Archadmiral of Aegis during the Taipys Metro Attacks of '27.
Edmund Allen: Sentinel Taliya Itsuko's Minister of Defense.
Alain Dulles: Sentinel Taliya Itsuko's Minister of Health.
Maddox: A Spectre who worked together with Praetorian Cayden Hawkes. Cayden eventually asked Maddox to work as his second-in-command in the early days of the Chemical and Bioterrorism Response Force. He would take over command of the force following Cayden's leave of absense and watch it rapidly expand following the Metro Attacks. He was then selected as Cayden's Minister of Homeland Security.
Tanaka: The third-in-command in the early days of the Chemical and Bioterrorism Response Force, he was selected from the Vanguard's Army Explosive Ordinance Removal division. He was hailed as a hero for his actions during the Metro Attacks and posthumously promoted to Major.
Hampton: A member of the Chemical and Bioterrorism Response Force originally assigned to the Vanguard's Navy and posthumously promoted to Captain.
Yura: A member of the Chemical and Bioterrorism Response Force after being selected right out of the academy. She was posthumously promoted to Captain.
Stark: A member of the Chemical and Bioterrorism Response Force, he came from Aegis' counterterrorism division. During the Cayden Hawkes administration, he heads up the CBRF.
Yokkado: A member of the Chemical and Bioterrorism Response Force originally assigned to the Vanguard's Navy.
Vogel: An Aegis officer responding to the Metro Attacks at Central Station.
Zara Richtide: An Aegis Lieutenant Colonel coordinating the original Central Station response on the ground during the Metro Attacks.
Pascal Bouchard: The Project Director of a Primanus Labs and Nova Security black ops project in Saint-Michel, Caskya.
Bernard Lievens: The Deputy Project Director of a Primanus Labs and Nova Security black ops project in Saint-Michel, Caskya.
Ariane Lievens: The wife of Bernard, she works for the Child Development Fund, an NGO that works to build schools in impoverished nations.
Artyem Mikhail: An independent portfolio manager, mainly working with individual, affluent clients.
Luciana Mikhail: A real estate agent and Artyem's wife.
Aligorin Chopin: A lawyer for Delaunay & Dupont, the most prestigious, private law firm in Caskya.
Clara Chopin: A model for the magazine Glamor and wife of Aligorin.
Blaine Langston: Director of Technology at Stazuk Capital, a private equity firm.
Margot Langston: A blogger, mother, and wife to Blaine.
Declan Faherty: Head physician of a Primanus Labs and Nova Security black ops project in Saint-Michel, Caskya.
