So before I turned to a plant based diet I was finding as "healthy" of a meat option as I could and one of my favorite dishes was salmon
Ingredients:
In a frying pan on the stove place 2 tbsp of olive oil and heat up the pan. Cover the Salmon fillets in olive oil and on the side that will be face down in the pan first lightly sprinkle sea salt black pepper and rosemary. Place fillet in the pan for 7 minutes on med/med. hi heat, do not flip the fillet continuously as you will run the risk of drying out the meat or having an uneven cook. After the 7 minutes is up lightly sprinkle sea salt, black pepper, and rosemary on the side that is facing up in the pan and flip the fillets over and cook for another 7 minutes. This goes well with wild rice and peas.
