Hi! My name is Natalie Rifkin and I'm a junior in LSA. I'm majoring in Psychology and planning to minor in Crime and Justice. I grew up in New Jersey and I transferred to Michigan my sophomore year. I plan to continue my academics through law school to advocate for adolescents' mental health in some form. I am incredibly excited to work towards my goals with Psi Chi!
Hi! My name is Sri, and I am a Sophomore majoring in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience from Cleveland, Ohio. I'm passionate about research and I'm currently a research assistant for the Computational Neurolinguistics Lab. Outside of this, I'm a member of the University of Michigan's Synchronized Skating Team and of the Gamma Phi Beta Sorority. I am super excited to serve Psi Chi as Vice President.
Hi! My name is Ashna and I am a current Junior at the University of Michigan studying Psychology and Linguistics. I joined Psi Chi because I wanted to be a part of a community where psychology students could foster each other's education and careers. Along with Psi Chi, I am a member of many other Psychology programs at the University of Michigan, such as CAPS in Action, MAPS, and the STAR Scholars Program. I am also a research assistant in the Language and Literacy Lab, where I assess children's reading and speaking ability. I am very excited to serve as your 2026 Events chair!
Hi! My name is Gabrielle Sanders and I am a junior majoring in Psychology and Afroamerican & African Studies, and minoring in Intergroup Relations (IGR). I'm especially interested in how race and culture shape mental health. Outside of Psi Chi, I am a research assistant in Dr. Denise Sekaquaptewa's lab studying stereotyping and prejudice, and I also work as a teaching aide at a children's center. In my free time, I love trying new coffee shops, reading, and spending time with friends!
Hey! I'm Sangheethaa Gnanaprakash, and I'm currently a sophomore studying Psychology and Data Science. I'm passionate about bringing those fields together to create technology that makes learning more accessible for kids with learning disabilities. I've worked on research projects involving education and AI learning tools, and I'm excited to keep exploring that space. Outside of school, you can usually find me trying new cafes around Ann Arbor, playing volleyball, swimming, or hanging out with my brother. I'm so excited for a great year as your treasurer!
