Manufactured by: S.J & G Fazul Ellahi Pvt. Ltd. Karachi, Pakistan
Background: Provincial Drug Inspector collected the sample from Bahawal Victoria Hospital Bahawalpur and sent it to the Punjab Drug Testing Laboratory (DTL) for testing and analysis.
Problem: DTL has found undissolvable visible material mass that does not comply the stated specifications of physical test. Therefore, DTL has declared it SUB-STANDARD.
Recommendation: This product does not meet appropriate quality standards and specifications. This product may potentially be harmful to patients. All concerned are intimated to keep avoid in procurement, dispensation, promotion, sale and use of these batches of pharmaceutical product.
