Administration Division

Functions:

  • Deal with the transfer and posting of Drug Inspector and Hospital Pharmacist with the consultation of Operation and Pharmacy and Pharmacovigilance wing.
  • Prepare estimated budget & expenditure details.
  • Arrange Petroleum, Oil & Lubrication (POL) for office vehicles.
  • Make arrangements for T.A/D.A for members PQCB/Inspection Teams/PDCU officers/officials
  • Deal with account/salary matters of all the officers/officials.
  • Make arrangements for office fixtures, stationary and refreshment.
  • Housekeeping - maintain office interiors, cleanliness and repair.
  • Make arrangements for PDCU Meetings, refreshment and will take care of official guests.
  • Implement MIS at the Unit.
  • Manage public relations including electronic, print and social media.
