Manufactured by: Medisave Pharmaceuticals, Sundar Ind. Estate, Lahore, Pakistan
Background: Provincial Drug Inspector collected the sample from Govt. Mian Munshi DHQ Teaching Hospital Lahore and sent it to the Punjab Drug Testing Laboratory (DTL) for testing and analysis.
Problem: The sample does not meet the uniformity of weight criteria as per manufacturer specifications. Therefore, Punjab Drug Testing Laboratory has declared it SUB-STANDARD.
Recommendation: This product does not meet appropriate quality standards and specifications. This product may show variations in drug absorption and therapeutic effect. All concerned are intimated to keep avoid in procurement, dispensation, promotion, sale and use of this batch of pharmaceutical product.
