Tablet: H-Fan (Diclofenac Potassium 50mg)
Description: Tea pink colored, round sugar-coated tablet with plain faces packed in PVC-ALU blister of 10 tablets in hard outer carton having 02 such blisters.

Manufactured by: Harrison Pharmaceutical, 10km, Lahore Road, Sargodha
Provincial Drug Inspector collected the sample from Tehsil Bhera Dist. Sargodha, and sent it to the Punjab Drug Testing Laboratory (DTL) for testing. Manufacturer has claimed that Diclofenac Potassium 50mg/tablet. But the DTL has determined Diclofenac Potassium 41.185mg/tablet (82.37%) which does not comply the stated specifications. Therefore, DTL has been declared it SUB-STANDARD that do not meet appropriate quality standards and specifications and may therefore be ineffective and potentially harmful to patients. All concerned are intimated to keep caution in procurement, dispensation, promotion and use of this medicine.
