Teams

The Mineplex Community Leadership team, is a team made of individuals that have been in MCU since the very beginning. Together we manage and run all operations that occur in MCU. We work together in harmony, to resolve all types of problems that we face. We are the one's that change and make new decisions, we put ideas and suggestions to the test. We are friendly people, we don't bite!

The Mentoring team is the first team that you will interact with, other than the recruitment team. Mentoring will be your first stage once you are accepted into MCU. You will be assigned a mentor upon arrival. Your mentor is there to make sure you're comfortable with the team, to introduce you to MCU, and answer any questions or concerns you may have. After a one week trial, your mentor will decide if you should continue with your journey on MCU and go on to the next stage, Monitoring, or if you will be demoted to a visitor.

Monitoring is the next stage of your process here on MCU. After you pass your trial, you will be given a monitor that will probably be your monitor for the rest of your time. Your monitor will observe you and just your previous mentor - make sure that you feel comfortable and answer any questions you have. If any problems arise, you should contact your monitor and they will help you resolve them. Think of your monitor as more of a friend - there to help you along.

The Community Interactions team is a sub-team of Interactions. This team focuses on interacting with the community. This team wants to know how the community feels, and collects feedback and ideas from them.

The Events team is a sub-team of Interactions. This team deals with creating event ideas and hosting events.

This team works to ensure that all members are doing service to Mineplex. They occasionally observe members on enjin and see how they're doing.

The showcase team is the only team here at MCU that doesn’t require the “Member” rank. This means that anyone can apply for showcase. Our showcase team here at MCU is all about showing off your work. Whether it’s a YouTube video or a drawing, we will share your work with everyone at MCU and on Enjin! As of right now, we have four divisions on the showcase team. Those divisions are Artist, Builder, Developer and YouTuber.

This team is, like the Mineplex Community Uniters, very well rounded. This means that we do everything from answering questions to giving advice. Many previous groups have solely focused on that help section. We strive to focus on the forums in its entirety. I take pride in every post you guys make. If you were accepted, take pride in that because I am only accepting the best of the best.

Here at MCU, we value the players who are committed to the community. We are looking for applicants who are willing to dedicate their time and effort into making this community a better place. Members have the opportunity to go for the different sub-teams that we offer. Each sub-team is different in it’s own way and the amount of work that you’ll be doing will differ from team to team. The application for member is fairly easy to fill out and consists of 13 questions. Make sure to have at least 3 sentences for the longer questions. The more detail, the better.
