Impact: The service has aided me in my professional growth as it enabled me to understand the different aspects of organizational operations and structure better. Participation in different committees has prepared me to address various challenges, concerns, and needs. I’ve learned various group dynamics and learned how to implement them towards the advancement of the University's vision and mission. Working with people with various backgrounds has helped me improve on interpersonal skills, and it has also taught me collegiality and equity.
