Environmental Data Sheet is a tool designed to be used to screen the water supply schemes for the probable environmental impact including the water quality issues. Information related to the scheme can be entered in the response column of the sheet, which is then screened automatically by the system and shows the categorization of the scheme into: Category-I, II,III. The Limited Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental Management Plan gets filled up automatically. Filled EDS sheet is attached with the detailed scheme report (DSR). Issues that are noted after preparation of DSR and for which EMP is to be implemented is incorporated into the DSR.
