Hi there I’m Nicole Bock aka Nicci. Thanks for checking out my blog. So a little bit about me. I am a Registered Massage Therapist through the MTAA (Massage Therapist Association of Alberta) and completed my 2200-hour diploma through MacEwan University in 2016. I like to mix compassion with an evidence-based approach to ensure my treatments are functional and custom to the unique needs of my patients. Rehabilitation, maintenance, prevention and care are methods of focus in order to help my patients reach their potential. I am trained in many massage modalities including: Myofascial Release, Myofascial Cupping, Trigger point, Hydrotherapy, Joint Mobilization, Therapeutic Massage, Deep Muscle, Infant Massage as well as Pre and Post Natal Massage. My combined education of an undergraduate degree as well as the massage therapy diploma has given me the opportunity to help many different people and provide adequate care at many different stages.
I wanted to create this little space on my website so you can see that its not just all business with me! So on a personal note, I like to encompass a lifestyle that includes continuing education, physical activity and a lot of fun! Camping, fishing, music, ramen, astral photography and spending time with family and friends are just a few ways I like to enjoy my free time.
So thanks again for stopping by and I look forward to helping you with all things massage and wellness.
